Kade D Roberts
Dr Kade Roberts is a Senior Research Scientist in the Li Lab at Monash University where he is head of the group’s chemistry team and the Project Manager for the group’s NIH funded polymyxin drug discovery program. He has over 13 years of experience in the areas of peptide synthesis, peptide drug discovery and development. He obtained his PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Melbourne in 2003 before taking on post-doctoral roles at the Ludwig Institute of Cancer Research in Australia, Michigan State University in the USA and the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Melbourne in Australia. He has also worked as a Senior Research and Development Scientist at Mimotopes, an internationally recognised peptide manufacturing company. He has published 35 papers and is listed as an inventor on 6 patent applications.
